Your Custom-Made Van or Motorhome Mattress
Traveling freely should never come at the expense of your sleep. Because every vehicle is unique, we create a custom mattress perfectly suited to your vehicle's interior.
How to order your ideal mattress
For uncompromising precision and comfort, we work from your specifications. To ensure we accurately reflect your requirements, please provide one of the following:
- Your exact dimensions: Desired length, width and thickness.
- Your plans: A detailed diagram (top view) with angles, curves or cut edges.
- Your old mattress: We use it as a base to create your new travel companion.
- A template: Ideal for complex shapes. Use cardboard or kraft paper cut to the exact dimensions of your bed base or the intended location.

Upon request and subject to factory approval of feasibility based on the desired technology (foam/memory foam or latex - excluding spring suspension) and the dimensions and template provided. For orders with special dimensions, these will be manufactured according to the customer's specifications, with measurements taken under their responsibility. Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned in case of customer error. The factory will provide advice on dimensions, core material, and desired exterior finish. Production time is 3 to 4 weeks.
We adapt to your request
We manufacture using jigs, however we have technical constraints such as for example
- we do not have the option of making beveled cuts
- We cannot create inside corners using sewing; however, we can still cut the foam pieces ourselves.

Choosing the right nomadic comfort
The quality of your sleep depends on the balance between the foam you choose and the existing support. Here's our advice to help you make the right choice:
1. Adapt the foam to your intended use:
The choice of density will depend primarily on your frequency of use throughout the year:
Occasional use (a few weekends a year): Standard foam may be sufficient for light extra sleeping.
Regular use (summer holidays, frequent outings): We recommend high resilience (HR) foam which retains its elasticity over time.
Intensive use or Full time (year-round living): Opt for a high-density foam combined, if possible, with a layer of memory foam for optimal physiological support.
2. A point to watch out for: The condition of your bed base
Before ordering your new mattress, it is essential to check the condition of your slats:
⚠️ Warning: A new mattress, even a high-quality one, cannot compensate for sagging, broken, or widely spaced slats. A poor-quality bed base accelerates foam wear and tear and causes back pain. Check the tension of your slats and replace them if they have lost their shape!
